The Brief

Produce a conference set that introduced Huawei's Open ROADS community, supported global industry keynotes, and made delegates feel they were inside a flagship telecoms launch rather than a hotel ballroom.

Our Approach

Our team built a bespoke stage with white laminate facings and integrated profile LED lighting that lifted the whole set into a clean, modern finish. Bespoke 3D lettering was made with a chrome mirrored finish and Perspex front, fitted with LED lighting and DMX drivers for programmable colour. An early-morning install crew travelled from London to Hertfordshire and finished graphics on site to pre-laminated panels.
